How can I access and, if necessary, correct my personal information?
You can access, review, and change your personal data by sending us an email at info@sequel.fm. We may not accommodate a request to change or delete information if we believe the change or deletion would violate any law or legal requirement or negatively impact the information's accuracy.
How does Sequel keep my personal data secure?
The security of your personal data is very important to us.
We use industry standard physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

Do you collect or process the personal data of children?
No. We do not direct our website to minors and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 or as defined by local legal requirements. If we learn we have mistakenly or unintentionally collected or received personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
If you believe we mistakenly or unintentionally collected any information from or about a child, please contact us at info@sequel.fm.
What rights do I have if I am based in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), United Kingdom or California?
For personal data that is subject to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the lawful basis for collecting and using your personal data is consent, where you have provided your consent, or for fulfilling our contractual obligations in providing our products and services.
For instances where your consent is not obtained or there is no contractual obligation, we collect and use your personal data in our legitimate interests (which are not overridden by your data protection interests), such as operating our business, understanding and improving our products, hosting events, communicating with you about our products, services, events or related resources, improving our website and protecting our legal rights and interests.
If you are a resident of the EEA, the United Kingdom or California, you have the following data protection rights, as applicable under relevant data protection laws:
If you wish to access, correct, update or request deletion (including in the form of anonymization) of your personal data, you can do so at any time by contacting us using the contact details provided below.
You can also object to the processing (including subprocessing and/or data sharing) of your personal data, ask us to restrict processing of your personal data or request portability of your personal data. Again, you can exercise these rights by contacting us using the contact details below.
Where in the case of products and services delivered to a corporate client we derive the custody or control of the personal data, the client will be the controller and all requests for access to personal data should be forwarded through such controller to us.
Similarly, if we have collected and process your personal data with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal data conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
You have the right to complain to the relevant regulator about our collection and use of your personal data. For more information, please contact your relevant regulator.
You may receive your personal data in an interoperable format or request to have it transmitted to another organization.
We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
For California residents, pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), the above applies to the personal data collected during the 12-month period prior to the date of the request. For clarity, Sequel does not sell personal data.
